Social Security Assistant:- Level 5 ₹ 29200 – 92300/-
Stenographer:- Level 4 ₹ 25500 – 81100/-
EPFO Recruitment Educational Qualifications:
Social Security Assistant:
(1) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
(2) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
Stenographer:
(1) Matriculation with 12th class pass from a recognized board.
(2) Skill Test Norms: Dictation - 10 minutes at the rate of 80 words per minute, Transcription - 50 minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on computer).
